Senior Manager Franchisee Training 
We are searching for a Sr Manager of Franchisee Training to be responsible for managing \all aspects of The Academy of Service (AOS) for all of ServiceMaster Brands from inception to conclusion. In this role you will partner with ServiceMaster Brand leadership to ensure flawless AOS execution.

What you will do:

  • Evaluate AOS program effectiveness by assessing the program, instructors and materials.
  • Partner with the Director, Training & Development to determine AOS delivery method, content timing, and presents training programs using recognized training techniques and tools.
  • Partner with Brand SME to develop AOS agenda; ensure agenda flow and timing is consistent with adult learning guidelines and conforms to FDD requirements.
  • Partner with Brand SME to develop annual AOS training calendar.
  • Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, virtual training, on-the-job coaching; AOS: DR Production.
  • Facilitate and troubleshoots problems associated with the AOS program including coordinating, scheduling and preparing; completion of pre-work and/or other required lessons and determines eligibility of prospective attendees.
  • Provide direction and support to the Training Coordinator.
  • Assist in the definition of AOS scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and proper allocation of required resources.
  • Manage change requests made to the AOS project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques including, but not limited to development of a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress and changes.
  • Design and implements training criteria for project Restore 365 – for franchisee owners, project managers, estimators, coordinators and technicians. Consisting of e-learning, on demand self-paced, webinars, topic-centered workshops, study groups, problem solving workshops.
  • Design and implements training criteria for project Xactimate for estimators. Consisting of e-learning, on demand self-paced, webinars, topic-centered workshops, study groups, problem solving workshops.


What you will bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Information systems (or equivalent background)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving / analytical skills, tools and techniques
  • Excellent decision-making skills
  • Master’s degree is preferred
  • 8 – 10 years relevant work experience
  • Proven Ability to work with cross-functional teams and staff of all levels
  • Proven ability to work with outside vendors, auditors, etc.
  • Expert knowledge of project management tools
