The Terminix Leadership Development Program's range from 8-18 months.

Branch and Service Management

The Branch and Service Management rotational tracks will provide you experience in preparation for running your own branch-based business. As a Leadership Development Trainee, you will gain experience and training as you accelerate through performance-based rotations in the following areas:

  • Technical Proficiency in Core Services
  • Call Center Operations
  • Sales Management
  • Service Management
  • Branch Operations
  • Inside and Outside Sales

Graduate into Service or Branch Manager

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree, Branch Manager- 3.0 GPA, Service Manager 2.75 GPA

Business Analyst

The Business Analyst track is a corporate-based, 12-month rotational experience that will provide the broadest possible leadership development experience in preparation for becoming a Business Analyst III.

As a Leadership Development Trainee, you will gain experience and training as you accelerate through performance-based rotations in the following areas:

  • Field Work (Branch Experience)
  • Corporate Rotations across Business groups (e.g., Sales, Pricing, Finance, Ops, EHS)
  • Customer Center
  • Business Analytics

The American Home Shield Leadership Development Program is a corporate and service center-based, 12-18-month rotational experience within a corporate or operations environment. As a Leadership Development Trainee, you will gain exposure in these functional areas:
